Ancient estate lake, Kent

10 acres of history,
peace and beauty

Imagine a quiet, 10-acre estate lake that dates back to the 1600s — fringed with large oaks, Norfolk reeds and expansive lily pads. A lake that contains beautiful old Leney mirrors full of character dating back to the 1970s, long hard-fighting commons, and a stunning new stock of scaley mirrors.

Imagine a lake so peaceful that the only sound you hear at night are the plentiful owls hooting across the valley.

We are proud to be developing this fishery — bringing new ideas, hard work, investment and management to enhance what is already a very special historical water. We have introduced stunning fast-growing stock from respected fish farmers, carefully adjusting the biomass to create the perfect environment for these remarkable carp to flourish.
